BLMC came to us as a well established group of mortgage lenders in the Greenville area. They knew the services they provided to the community were meaningful, and they found success doing so. What they needed was a website that was as clear, sharp, and packed with personality as their team.

Mortgages, lending, and home-buying can be an overwhelming process. Our main goal was to develop a simplified way of presenting their business model. We needed a design that appealed to a seasoned home owner, but also spoke to future and first-time buyers.

We found that concise headers, a calming color scheme, and clear call to actions would best serve their future clients. The final product is a website packed with information, but presented in an easy-to-navigate and manageable way.
